Short version: we keep what you send us so we can quote your kitchen, and nothing else. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and whatever you write in the enquiry form. If you visit a showroom we may keep the measurements and photographs of your room.

Why

To reply to you, prepare a quotation, and manage your project if you go ahead. That is a legitimate interest under UK GDPR, and a contract once you place an order.

How long

Two years from your last contact if you do not order. Seven years from completion if you do, because HMRC requires it.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, corrections, or deletion, and we will action it within one month. Email hello@haldenandvale.co.uk.
