Terms

The commercial terms we work to. They are deliberately short, and we will talk you through anything that is unclear before you pay a deposit.

Quotations

Valid for 90 days. Itemised, so you can see what each element costs and remove it if you want.

Payment

40% on order, 50% before delivery, 10% on completion. The £250 design fee is refunded against the order.

Lead times

Ten to fourteen weeks from signed drawings, plus one to two weeks on site. We will tell you immediately if a timber or stone delay affects that.

Variations

Changes after cutting has started are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before we proceed. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

Guarantee

Ten years on our cabinetry and joinery, two years on the paint finish, and whatever the manufacturer offers on appliances. Wear on worktops is excluded.
