Start to finish
Six stages, roughly five months from first conversation to a working kitchen. Here is what happens at each one, what we need from you, and what it costs.
-
Stage 01 · Free
First conversation
A phone call or a showroom visit. We ask what you cook, who sits where, and what is wrong with the room now. No drawings yet, and no obligation.
-
Stage 02 · Free
Design visit
We come to you, measure properly, and photograph everything. Usually about two hours. If the room needs building work first, we will say so.
-
Stage 03 · £250, refunded against the order
Drawings and quotation
Hand-drawn elevations and a full itemised quotation within two weeks. You own the drawings whether or not you go ahead with us.
-
Stage 04 · 40% deposit
Into the workshop
We order timber and cut. Ten to fourteen weeks depending on size. You are welcome to come and see it on the bench at any point.
-
Stage 05 · 50% before delivery
Spray and finish
Our own booth, your colour. We spray a sample door first and send it to you, so nobody discovers a colour is wrong once the whole kitchen is painted.
-
Stage 06 · 10% on completion
Fitted
Our own fitters, one to two weeks on site. We scribe to your walls, connect what we can and coordinate with your electrician and plumber for the rest.
Ready to start at stage one?
