01 — Drawn
We measure your room ourselves, then draw it by hand before it goes anywhere near CAD. You get elevations you can actually read.
Drawn, built, sprayed and fitted by the same fourteen people, in two buildings on the Bromfield Road.
A lot of companies who say "handmade" mean a carcass ordered from a factory and a door ordered from a different one. We do not do that. Timber arrives at Fernhill as boards, and leaves as a kitchen.
It is slower and it costs more. It also means that when something is wrong we can fix it, because the person who made it is thirty feet from the person who drew it.
Four stages, all under our own roof. Typical build time is ten to fourteen weeks from signed drawings to handover.

Carcasses and doors are made together on the bench, so the reveals match. Solid tulipwood frames, dovetailed drawer boxes, no staples.

Our own booth, our own mixing. Any colour matched from a card, in eggshell, matt or full gloss, with a lacquer that survives a family.

Fitted by our own team, never subcontracted. Scribed to your walls, however far out of true they turn out to be.
The workshops are open to visit on weekdays. Most people find an hour on the bench more useful than an hour in a showroom.
